Non-Refundable Deposits Required: 

Once we agree on a date, a $150 non-refundable deposit Or Full Payment (Non Refundable) is due upfront to secure a date and time and it is applied to the total balance. We DO NOT HOLD DATES without a deposit.

*LATE FEE* 

If you arrive 20 mins after the Scheduled time,  

You will be charged a $50.00 Late Fee.  

Anything later than 1 Hour is an automatic forfeit of the session and all monies paid shall be retained by Rico Images, LLC.  

 

ONCE YOU BOOK A DATE AND TIME  

THAT IS THE TIME THAT WE HAVE SET FOR YOU! 

 

Turnaround Time: 

There is a 4-7  week turnaround on all sessions depending on our workload and the time of the year  with the exception of birthday sessions that are booked in advance of your birthday. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when you send an inquiry under the booking tab.  

  

Unedited Images: 

We do not provide unedited images!! In some instances, you may receive proofs with the Rico Images Logo placed on the images for you to select the images for editing. However, we do not give out raw, unedited images! No exceptions!   

 

Adding Extra People and/or Outfits and/or Locations: 

There is an extra fee to add additional people into your session and to travel outside of Ouachita Parish (.57 per mile). 

 

There is an extra fee to add additional outfits and locations to your package. Please request this when you send an inquiry.  

 

 Once you book a package, you cannot decrease or reduce the package to a lower package. 

 

 

Editing: 

Every image will be edited based on the photographer’s skill and direction. We reserve the right to charge additional funds or reduce your editing if you request any type of custom editing. We do not provide any graphic artistry on any packages.  

 

Rescheduling: 

 

If you book an outdoor session and the weather does not permit the session to occur, then the session will be rescheduled to the next mutually available date. 

 

Once you book a date and time, any funds paid are non-refundable. You cannot use any funds paid for a future session if you miss the scheduled session.
